Designed for an immersive sonic experience, “Ascend Your Vibe” is a companion for your mindfulness practice. Be it for yoga, reiki, a walking meditation, reading, thinking, studying, working or driving, I hope this acoustic piano album helps you tune-in (to the inside) and tune-out (the noise of the world.)

You’ll hear birds, piano hammers and a giant clock ticking. As the listener, you can choose where to direct your attention. The clock can ground you or distract you. The anticipation before a chord can make you focus on the next chord or can help you be in the in-between spaces. Writing this was unlike other albums: itwas a stream of consciousness, done in one sitting. I don’t remember what I played. I just wanted to capture a moment time, sublime.

Writing this felt like riding a wave: I hope it feels the same for you. I hope that with it, you can let things come up, come out and clear out, using the power of sound to heal.
